McClellan Business Park projecting near-full leasing in '22

Seeing not only new leases but significant expansions of current tenants, McClellan Business Park is expecting to be nearly full in 2022.

Though full occupancy won't be happening until about midyear, the park should hit 98% leased in the new year, on the heels of 416,000 square feet of newly leased space in 2021.
