McClellan Park, CA (May 12, 2015) – McClellan Business Park has named John Knauer as its new Vice President of Leasing. He will work with the McClellan Park team to lease and sell existing buildings and land, and on new development opportunities.
Knauer will be responsible for leasing, sale, and development activities at the 3,000 acre, mixed-use master planned McClellan Park. He has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience including the leasing, and sale of multiple product types in Sacramento and Bay Area markets and acquisitions. This expansion of McClellan Park’s marketing team will further strengthen its ability to meet the needs of prospective tenants.

Prior to joining McClellan Park, Knauer served as the Senior Leasing Director for PS Business Parks. For the past four years he directed all marketing and leasing activities, as well as acquisition/disposition efforts for a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate properties. Prior to PS Business Parks, he worked four years as a Leasing and Sales Associate with Grubb & Ellis, focusing on industrial assets. Knauer received his Bachelors Degree in Communications from UC Davis with minors in Economics and History.
