SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Sacramento, CA – LeMar Auctions and Estates Services has opened a new 10,000 square foot facility at McClellan Park.
LeMar Auctions recently signed a lease with McClellan Business Park for 10,000 square feet of general office and warehouse space for auction and estate services. Represented by David Nicholson of Cushman & Wakefield, LeMar Auctions opened its operation in Dec 2013.
Logistically, the new location has allowed LeMar Auctions to service more clients with a wider variety of premium auction items. The new location also features live internet auctions to run simultaneously with onsite auctions every second and fourth Sundays and are open to the public.
“Our service package includes packing up an estate just like movers do, then bringing the items back to our gallery to sort, catalog and sell at our public auction. This takes the burden off of families as it can be very overwhelming to have a house full of items and deal with everything else happening when a family member passes on or is in transition of moving into a much smaller home,” said Leslie Paine, Co-Owner and Auctioneer. “Another aspect of our service is consignments which allows individuals to sell personal assets such as artwork, a special collection or even a small estate. We provide free consultations with no obligation.”
“We’re thrilled to have LeMar Auctions join our growing community of tenants. They have a very unique specialized business and this facility is a great fit with stylized tenant improvements and over standard parking,” said Ken Giannotti, McClellan Park’s senior vice president.
The new facility is located at 4522 Parker Avenue, Suite 500 in McClellan, Ca. 95652. McClellan Business Park completed a major renovation of the building in 2012, including a new title 24 compliant roof to meet current energy standards, new paint, new parking lot improvements to include paving, landscape, site lighting, storm drain improvements, and new electrical service for multi-tenant use. With completion of the LeMar Auctions lease, the building is now approximately 85% leased.
Formerly used as a DRMO warehouse, this building has become a high-quality light industrial facility with an adjacent 5 acre yard area to serve a wide range of warehouse, showroom, and other light industrial users.
