MBP Ventures, LLC

MBP Ventures consists of the highly experienced management team that has acquired and developed extensive real estate holding totaling over twenty million square feet of commercial property and more than five thousand acres of land. The team is focused on the successful redevelopment of McClellan Park and considers tenant satisfaction and customer satisfaction as the cornerstone of that success.

LDK Capital, LLC

LDK Capital is headed by Larry Kelley, who succeeded in developing the vision to redevelop McClellan Air Force Base into a first class business park to drive economic growth in the region. Leading McClellan Business Park as the President, Mr. Kelley has overseen the implementation of that vision to its current success. Mr. Kelley, both personally and through his firm LDK Capital, has developed numerous master planned communities and business parks and has steadfastly maintained the long term vision and managed the business park through various economic cycles through to its status as the most successful military base conversion project in the country.
